Spidermen part 2 & another GL

Spiderman and his clones (Ben Reilly & Kaine Parker)

Hopefully the new storyline - the clone conspiracy will bring Ben Reilly back from Dead No More.

A simple masked Peter Parker, this DLP Spiderman bootleg is quite detail with the print, love the print on the side of the arm and the lower torso. When I first collecting the bootleg figure the issue I have is that there were never 2 color print on the leg (esp. Captain America, Spiderman & Superman)  they have plain blue leg without the red, but now I see that they are improving it with these lastest release.

Kaine Parker - the lastest Scarlet Spider. I used a winter soldier head with a spiky hair piece. Now I am just waiting for the original scarlet spider (Ben Reilly) to be released in bootleg. Not sure if it will be single or the wall battle set. I already got the head and hair piece ready.

For Kaine Parker I am still looking around for a stinger accessory which is like in the top picture

Made an adjustment to the last sodam yat.... Now this is his final look in the future.

Jimmy Olsen & Hawkeye(s)

Been more than a week since my last update, so without further ado here's 3 new custom minifigure on 2 characters I have did.

Superman's pal- Jimmy Oslen. The reason I made this character was because of the iron man Mark 55 bootleg which is suppose to be pepper Potts head but the bootleg pepper potts head was disappointing, no eye lash nor red lip and had thick red eyebrow which u can see from the pic doesn't resemble a female head but yet fit quite well for  jimmy Olsen and with Peter Parker body, we have the 1/3 of the daily planet reporter trio.

And here I posed him with Clark Kent and Lois Lane.

Next 2 custom will be Kate Bishop, movie concept and comic look. Movie concept is just a normal Hawkeye movie verison body with a female head with long hair piece and the comic look was such simpler just a purple color Hawkeye with a long black hair piece. Thx to the shade on the face the head with long hair on it can passed off as a female face.

Ohh.... That remind me of another female archer but that will be for a post next time.

Captain America,Nick Fury Sr & a current storyline spoiler reveal.

Saw this old man commander steve rogers custom somewhere on the Internet, so decide to make one myself. Head is from the force awaken Han Solo which is a very good fit with the grey hair and eye brow.

In the previous custom Nick Fury Sr post, I mentioned of a extra Nick Fury head that I haven't find a body for, well now I have found it. After removing Han Solo head from his body, I used the body to make a causal wear Nick Fury based on the comic book cover as shown above. Until I could find a better look for Nick Fury, this will do for now.

Captain America(s) and some more......

I think it have been about a week since my last post. So delay no more and let go straight with the custom.

Blonde hair comic book look Captain America, I believed there isn't a original Lego Cap that have the comic book look, the one that have I believe is a bootleg verison from Lele which is hard to find nowaday. So make this with green arrow hair piece and the head from aquaman( yes it is the same head I use for eddie Brock Venom)

Now the Steve Roger that started it all. US army uniform Captain America (ok this I began to use the head of the movie verison captain that is ginger hair)

Civilian Clothes Steve Roger. The body is the one that everyone is using the Harry Potter body and I use the superboy lower torso for the Jean.

The alternate look with the blue jockey cap.

Below are a few other customs I came up with using the spare piece of parts

Superman robot, just a simple superman body and a bootleg devastor robot head which was left over after fixing up the combiner

sword buckler batman, I think it is from some elseworld tale, my intention was to make a sleeve ot topless batman when he was fighting ras al ghul but in the end it look more like the pirate batman don't you think?

another tweak to the FF uniform she-hulk, change the blue leg to green leg.

That's it for now, anyway there are more to come, and soon I maybe review some of the bootleg lego, cos the lastest spider gwen figure really prompt me to review it due to the quality of xinh and pogo of that same character.

Small and final update on archangel

Seriously after finishing the closed wing verison of the archangel, I wasn't fully satisfy with the outcome. So went through the bootleg spare part I have gathered so far and see if I can come out with a better one and finally........closed wing archangel ver. 2.0

And where did the wing of version 1.0 went to? It became the base for iron man to forge his mark 1 armor.

Spidermen

Ok, the previous order from taobao have finally arrive. So I think for the next weekend I will be fixing up new mini figures. :)

So in one of the previous posts I posted the 2 spider women, so this post I will use the latest arrival minifigure stop make some spidermen.

The first of all is the scarlet spider......well he is not Kaine Parker or Ben Reilly and technically when you see the costume you will think he is iron spider but yet his code name is really named scarlet spider.

Also the character in the costume is a clone and initially there are 3 but now there is only one.

This scarlet spider is remaining clone of Michael Van Patrick, namely Patrick. So I took a iron spider body and swop the head of the BvS Lex Luther minifigure

 Now this is kraven the hunter in the storyline -kraven last hunt, he defeated Spiderman buried him temporary and wear his costume until Spiderman came back to life and kraven convince he had defeated Spiderman commit suicide.

Archangel

One of the original 5 X-Men, warren worthington the third. He lost his original feather wing in the mutant massacre storyline and subsequently get his metallic wing from apocalypse and became his horseman of death.

This is the recently released archangel mini figure by xinh. It come with metal coated wing. Look fancy but kind of long and may be difficulty to display due to the wide spread wing so I decide to make a concealed wing version of him.

This is not it. But I think it would be cool if we are able to add a blonde hair piece to show warren hair when he is angel. This sort of look like his mutant X version when he was turned into a vampire and instead of metal wing he have leather wing like bat.

Ok it still look bulky, this are some parts I took from the iron man SY brand.

So does it look better or the original metallic wing is better?
